Refund Policy for Melody Mantra Studios

At Melody Mantra Studios, we strive to provide a seamless learning experience for our students. We understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.

1. Non-Refundable Enrollment

All course enrollments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made and the enrollment is confirmed, there will be no refunds issued.
This applies to all types of courses, including but not limited to singing, dancing, and instrument courses.

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

In exceptional cases, we may consider a refund or credit toward a future course. These include:

Technical Issues: If there are technical issues on our end (such as server failure or course access issues) that prevent you from accessing the course, you may be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled session.
Course Cancellations by Melody Mantra Studios: If Melody Mantra Studios decides to cancel a course for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.

3. Course Cancellation by Student

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the first class.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
If you choose to cancel a course after it has already started, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the fees paid.

 

4. Refund Request Process

Your full name and registered email address.
The course name and the reason for your refund request.
Any relevant details that support your request (e.g., technical issues, cancellation by Melody Mantra Studios).

 

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, we will process the refund according to the payment method used.

5. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

6. No Refund on Promotional or Discounted Offers

Refunds will not be granted on any promotional or discounted offers, unless otherwise specified.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Melody Mantra Studios reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
